            Baralginus Injection

Baralginus Injection is the most popular non-opioid first line analgesic in many countries but in others it has been banned (e.g. USA, UK) because of its association with blood dyscrasias such as agranulocytosis. It is needed to treat renal colic pain. Renal colic pain is extremely painful and requires immediate treatment with strong analgesics like this medication.

How to use \ dosage ?
For adults and adolescents over 15 years single dose of 2-5 ml, a daily dose of up to 10 ml is taken. The maximum single dose of 1 g is daily-3 . For children and babies daily dose set taking into account body mass pharma (infants 5-8 kg 0.1-0.2 ml / m).

Safety tips
They are not to be used in conditions like :
  • Inflammation of mucous membranes of the mouth
  • Multiple trauma from the shock
  • Acute myocardial infarction
  • Bronchial asthma
Common side effects
  • Ringing in ears
  • Abdominal pain
  • Fluid retention
  • Cramps
  • Upset stomach
  • Diarrhea
